For the closing activity on this math day, we measured how many snap cubes the length of our classroom rug was. The kids made predictions before and during the measuring.

Measurement
We have been working on measurement in math. We have been working with non-standard units (snap cubes and paper clips) of measurement and have been comparing lengths of objects as well. In the pictures below students were comparing objects around the room my measuring them using snap cubes...
