Sharing is a very important time in our class. Each day, two children will have an individual opportunity to have the attention of the entire class and share with their peers something that they find interesting. We are now in our second week of sharing and so far it has been wonderfully successful. When students share they are encouraged to use a group voice and students in the audience are expected to acknowledge the person who is speaking by looking and listening respectfully. After a quick presentation, questions are encouraged and I'm impressed with the different types of questions that all of the students are coming up with! Sharing time is lively and engaging and I believe it is a great learning opportunity for every child in our class.
